Why Counseling?
Entering into a therapeutic relationship with someone takes a lot of courage, because you are finally telling yourself that you are ready to make a change.
The counseling process can be one of the most powerfully positive experiences you undertake. Too many people do not have anyone who they can share their
most personal problems and thoughts with, and know that it will stay confidential and without judgment.
To be alone with a problem increases stress, and causes the problem to become even more unmanageable. In the counseling process you receive an unbiased view
that helps you find ways to solve your problems, and build your self esteem at the same time.
If you would like to discuss your problems and get an initial phone consultation, please call me at 614-595-8846.
This phone call is not a therapy session and you will not be charged for it. The initial phone conversation is important for me to
learn more about your situation and for us to get to know each other better
